Felony Bail Jumping Dismissed

Man had case held open pursuant to plea agreement.  He was ordered not to have contact with his wife/ex wife.  She claimed he contacted her via facebook.  The Prosecutors charged the man with felony bail jumping.  At the first preliminary hearing the Judge dismissed the case because the prosecutor failed to provide evidence the man was on felony bail.  The State re-charged the man with felony bail jump.  At the second preliminary hearing the Judge dismissed the case after hearing testimony from a police officer who was not even a witness in the case and after hearing from a witness called Attorney Griessmeyer.  After Attorney Griessmeyer got the case dismissed twice after preliminary hearings, the prosecutors decided not to try a third time/ they gave up.
